Neil is a strategic communications consultant and seasoned communications professional with twenty years experience in PR, marketing and corporate communications.
Famous for: managing high profile technology PR programmes, developing compelling strategic messages and crisis communications. Neil is also expert in corporate communications and building profiles of business leaders and politicians.
Track Record: Neil has an accomplished record in re-vitalising communication programmes and repositioning organisations and individuals.
With nearly 20 years experience in technology and IT, Neil has worked all over the world. Notable achievements include repositioning ICL from a computer manufacturer to an IT services company; the positioning of Avaya as a VoIP company, which saw its share price rise from $1.29 to $20 in twelve months; the privatisation of the UK's governments satellite remote sensing business; and the management of high profile projects including the Hubble Space Telescope and the Giotto Halley's comet probe.
Neil has held a variety of senior communications positions at global corporations, including Avaya Inc. ICL/Fujitsu, Siebe plc (Invensys) and BAE Systems. He has directed government communications programmes and provided consultancy services to businesses, non-commercial organisations and high profile politicians, such as successfully positioning Yulia Tymoshenko, heroine of the Orange Revolution, in the international media.
